Error when opening HS-5: Port Number 5000

Hello friends
When trying to start HS-5, I get the following error message after logging in: "Server connection failed: Connection refused: connect. Please be sure TCP Port 5000 us open in your firewall and router." When I first operated after installing, it went well. But now I cannot connect at all. I am definitely not tech savvy, so I'd appreciate help on this. Also, when it did work, I often had "connection lost. retrying" messages, though it did not succeed in re-connecting. I had to re-start HS-5 from the login screen and selecting transceiver all over again. Even then, I'd lose connection after about 20-30 seconds. Given that the live DX Cluster on the homepage ground to a halt at pretty much 13:33 UTC. It suggests a possible system wide issue affecting many / all.
This thread also got a lot of views in a very short space of time. Revealing many have come here looking for an answer. Head banging wall is this way --> :-) |

HAY ALGUIEN que pueda decir qué esta pasando con H-5 que no se puede abrir?????? es general o me pasa solo a mi???????
IS THERE ANYBODY that can say what´s going on with H-5 that I can´t open it??? it´s happening to all the members or it´s only me???? |
