FT8/FT4

I recently went all remote due to HOA antenna restrictions and a noisy QTH. The service that I use is called Remote Ham Radio, and it's pretty neat. One thing they have is a built-in system to run FT8 or FT4 without needing WSTJ-X or anything else. FT8 is extremely popular on the HF bands and I wonder if a similar system could be implemented here. Rick Abshier, KQ4Y https://www.qrz.com/db/KQ4Y |

Hi Rick. I don't know if you could use the remote ham radio service but I run FT8 on hs with no problems. I use a program called MSHV 64 and connect the program to hs5 with virtual audio cables. many contacts made with this mode. hope to see you on the air.

I've occasionally been transmitting FT8 on 7074 USB (normal SSB mode for 40M real world). No replies yet.. | |
