Outcome of the problem of not logging on 23 - 24 April

We have to apologize for the login problems over the weekend. This was due to our secure SSL certificates. For some reason, some PC clients rejected the new certificate and refused to contact our secure servers. The HS4 app and some other PC version worked however, but others just rejected it. We have now replaced the certificate with a new recurring one which has been tested with all our software. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Problem from 23rd and 24th April 2021 |
