New net tonight

Tonight's HamSphere 80 meter award net 01/15/2024 was started at 01:00 UTC on frequency 3.750, the following 12 stations checked in. 2HS7363/TN, N0DDC/CO, KJ4BET/FL, AC9QM/IN, K4DPC/NC, VE3CMT/Ontario, 2HS5086/FL, 2HS8210/NY, KB2OFZ/MD, KA5JKI/TX, 14HS7385/France, N8RGO/OH as your Net Control Operator
. Tonight's net had 12 checkins and we thank all who checked in. Really good net tonight. We had a new station KA5JKI Joe from Texas check in, it was his first time on the net, he had no QSL cards as of yet but will be working on getting some going. We encourage him to check back in on the net for the weeks ahead, it will be good to have Texas back on the net. Also we had VU3SXL key down but he moved on quickly so no reply. Remember we have a FB group labeled the HamSphere 80 meter award net, please check it out and if you are not a member send us a request to join and we will get you approved as quickly as we can. We closed the net at 0302 UTC. Always keep in mind to check into as many nets as you can. Stay warm as it is very cold outside during this time of the year.
